How do I order a product?
Open the product page and tap "Order on WhatsApp". A pre-filled message opens to the seller: just send it.
Is the seller reliable?
All shops are verified before going live. The "Verified seller" badge confirms the administrative validation. If in doubt, report the product.
Can I pay by card?
Yes if the seller enabled online payment: the "Buy online" button then appears on the product page.
How do I install eWenze on my phone?
Download the Android/iOS app or, from your browser, use "Install app" / "Add to home screen".

How much does a shop cost?
You start with a free 3-month trial (extendable up to 6 months). Plans then start at a few dollars per month.
Which documents are required?
Your trade register, national ID / tax number if available, and an ID of the manager. Equivalent documents from your country are accepted.
Can I manage my shop from my phone?
Yes: the whole seller space works on phone and tablet, including adding products with photos, compressed automatically to save data.
How do I get featured?
From "Visibility", pick an offer (featured product, sponsored, featured shop, banner). The team approves it and the campaign starts on schedule.
