1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the eWenze platform (ewenze.com, installable app and mobile apps). By using eWenze you accept these terms.

2. eWenze's role

eWenze connects buyers and sellers. Unless online payment is enabled, the sale is concluded directly between buyer and seller (notably via WhatsApp). eWenze is not a party to the sales contract and does not guarantee delivery or product conformity, but it verifies sellers' existence and moderates reported content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the information you provide. eWenze may suspend an account in case of fraudulent or unlawful use.

4. Published content

Sellers guarantee the accuracy of their listings and hold the rights to the photos they publish. Illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products are prohibited (see the Seller policy).

5. Reporting

Any user can report a product or seller. eWenze reviews every report and may remove content without notice.

6. Liability

eWenze does its best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times. Stay vigilant: never pay an unknown seller in advance without guarantees.
