Every shop is verified before going live: existence and legality of the business (trade register, national ID or equivalent documents). Sensitive changes (legal name, contacts, documents) require a new validation.

Prohibited products

Illegal products, drugs, weapons and ammunition;
Counterfeits and brand copies;
Unauthorised medicines, dangerous or expired products;
Shocking, discriminatory or misleading content.

Good practice

Real, sharp photos, a clear title, an exact price and its currency.
An active WhatsApp number and quick replies.
Honest deals (the old price must really have been charged).

Licences

Free 3-month trial (extendable up to 6 months), then low-cost Starter, Business or Pro plans. At expiry, a 7-day grace period applies before the shop is hidden (no data is deleted).

Sanctions

Any breach may lead to product removal, shop suspension or closure.
