Account: name, email and/or phone, password (hashed, never readable).
Sellers: company legal information, contact details, supporting documents (only accessible to the verification team).
Usage: aggregated statistics (views, WhatsApp clicks) without advertising profiling.
Newsletter: email and preferences, only with your consent.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, verify sellers and, if you agreed, send you offers. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Card data is never stored by eWenze: it is entered with certified payment providers.

From your account you can download your data, change preferences, unsubscribe from offers and delete your account.

Data is kept while the account is used, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.
